All selections are bagged in 3/lb. increments.

The number of pieces per 3/lbs. will vary upon the size of each fruit.

Roughly 5-8 apples/pears per bag.

Honeycrisp Apples- honey, sweet flavor. crisp & juicy. just the right amount of tartness/tang. ALL PURPOSE

Fuji Apples- sweet, juicy, & crisp. no tartness, just refreshingly sweet. ALL PURPOSE

Crimsoncrisp Apples- firm, juicy, & crisp. rich sweetness and slightly spiced tartness. ALL PURPOSE

Winesap Apples- sweet and tart balance. old fashion variety that is known for its spiced flavor. ALL PURPOSE, but best known for cooking: cider, baked goods, and butters.

Black Twig Apples- honey-like cider flavor. texture is a slightly softer than a “crisp”. ALL PURPOSE, but best known for cider!

Mutsu Apples (Crispin)- cross between Golden Delicious & Sweet Indo Apples. Sweet flavor, juicy flesh, softer texture. GREAT for snacking, sauce, and baking.

Granny Smith Apples- tart & crisp. Not sweet. Perfect for baking, frying, and making sauce.

Asian Pears- crisp, apple-like texture (will not soften in texture like a traditional pear). Juicy, sweetness. ALL PURPOSE Pear.
